Véronique Arsenault
An entrepreneur at heart and a true team player, Véronique brings contagious passion, energy, and vision to everything she does. Both creative and pragmatic, she combines strategic thinking with an authentic human touch. She invests herself wholeheartedly in every project, guiding organizations and entrepreneurs to aim higher and go further—while staying grounded and caring deeply for her team.
With nearly 20 years of experience in management and communications across a variety of sectors, Véronique has a deep understanding of both small and large organizations. She enjoys collaborating to solve complex challenges and to develop creative strategies that help her clients stand out. Her expertise is both recognized and sought after in strategic planning, large-scale campaign deployment, and organizational change management—especially during mergers and acquisitions.
After building her career in the corporate (Bell, TELUS), non-profit (Quebec Medical Association), and agency sectors (Morin Public Relations, NATIONAL), Véronique founded Exponentiel in 2015 with the ambition to build a people-first, authentic agency. Pregnant and already the mother of twins at the time, she firmly believes that ambition and professional projects can coexist beautifully with a fulfilling family life.
Several years later, with a growing team of nearly twenty employees, an expanding client base, and countless projects underway, Véronique continues to pursue smart growth—one that uplifts the agency, its team, its clients, and the community.
She loves life at Exponentiel because…
Exponentiel is a wonderful adventure that constantly pushes me further and helps me grow as both a woman and a leader. I love working collaboratively and creating opportunities to do so. In consulting, we learn every single day—and sharing that knowledge is key. Those moments of collaboration are invaluable to me and a true investment in Exponentiel’s success.
I want to challenge some of the myths surrounding the agency and consulting world. My goal is to offer a stable, caring work environment where all aspects of life can coexist—where we can perform, recharge, collaborate, and grow together.
What’s most important to her
Culture, entrepreneurship, and women’s leadership are at the heart of my values. As both a mother and an entrepreneur, I understand the importance of support and solidarity through all of life’s moments. I’m deeply grateful for the people who empower me to thrive, and I want to help other women do the same—to realize their full potential. I’m actively involved with the Cercle des marraines et des parrains of Mères avec pouvoir, an organization that supports the personal and professional development of single mothers with low or modest income.
Curious and passionate about the power of words, I also enjoy writing occasional opinion pieces and columns for various publications, including Premières en Affaires and Les Affaires.
Her Exponentiel attitude: Strategic innovation
I love to dream, create, and innovate—but I believe that creativity must always be anchored in our clients’ strategic objectives. Every idea we bring forward should be aligned with their goals. That’s when the magic happens.
