She has led multidisciplinary teams on large-scale initiatives and served as a trusted advisor to executives across organizations of all sizes and industries.

Tamara excels at building and maintaining trusted relationships with media representatives and public stakeholders. She also has solid expertise in internal communications, particularly in contexts of major organizational restructuring.

Tamara holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from Université Laval. She joined the Exponentiel team in January 2023.

She loves life at Exponentiel because…

The diversity of mandates gives me the endless opportunity to learn about a wide range of topics, industries, and projects. I love being a bit of a jill-of-all-trades.

What’s most important to her

Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to work with various organizations involved, directly or indirectly, in the field of education—a subject and cause that continue to resonate with me. Since joining Exponentiel, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Mères avec pouvoir, an organization that supports single mothers in taking back control of their lives. While the organization provides housing, childcare, and psychosocial support, many of its participants take on the inspiring challenge of returning to school.

I’m also a member of the board of the Caisse Desjardins de Sault-aux-Récollets–Montréal-Nord, which offers annual scholarships and financial education programs, while supporting a variety of community causes.

Her Exponentiel attitude: Strategic innovation

I describe myself as a strategist—that’s what drives me. Everything starts with strategy, but it has to go further, shaped by each client’s specific needs.
