Roxanne Gadoua

With a varied background that makes her an outstanding collaborator, Roxanne invests herself wholeheartedly in assignments that are close to her heart. Reliable, thoughtful and committed, she uses her organisational skills and enthusiasm to achieve her objectives.

After university studies in translation and writing, Roxanne chose to explore a variety of professional fields. She has worked as a translator for Greenpeace Canada, a journalist for Les Hebdos du Suroît, an executive assistant at the École nationale de cirque de Montréal and programming coordinator for Fierté Montréal. She also acquired a solid foundation in performance optimization during a mandate to implement an organizational structure within a local company. Since then, she has put her talents in organization, coordination and writing to good use for a number of teams.

As well as a degree in translation and professional writing from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, Roxanne holds a certificate in Spanish from the École de langues de l'Université du Québec à Montréal and several certificates for teaching yoga. She plans to pursue studies in project management and autobiographical writing.

She loves life at Exponentiel because…

Every member of the team is invited to contribute in one way or another: there's room for discussion, collaboration and innovation, and that's refreshing!

What’s most important to her

Justice in all its forms, including the fight for women's rights and environmental causes. I'm also involved every year in a fusion music festival that showcases artists from near and far.

Her Exponentiel attitude: strategic innovation

I'm always in optimization mode. For me, maximizing the time spent on tasks and lightening the mental load as much as possible has become second nature.
