Roxanne Gadoua
With a multifaceted background that speaks to her versatility, Roxanne stands out for her keen eye for precise wording and her ability to connect ideas with objectives. Organized and creative, she invests herself wholeheartedly in every project she undertakes.
After earning a degree in Translation and Professional Writing from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, Roxanne lent her writing talent and strategic sense to several organizations: translator for Greenpeace Canada, journalist for Les Hebdos du Suroît, executive assistant at the École nationale de cirque de Montréal, and programming coordinator at Fierté Montréal. For a local company, she refined her expertise in change management by implementing a customized organizational structure. At Exponentiel, she contributes to various client projects, supports writing and linguistic services, and oversees administrative coordination.
Roxanne also holds a certificate in Spanish from the École de langues at the Université du Québec à Montréal, along with several certifications in yoga instruction.
She loves life at Exponentiel because…
Every member of the team is encouraged to contribute in their own way. There’s room for exchange, collaboration, and innovation — and that’s truly refreshing!
What’s most important to her
Justice in all its forms, including women’s rights and environmental causes. Each year, I also take part in a world music festival that showcases artists from both here and abroad.
Her Exponentiel attitude: strategic innovation
I’m always in optimization mode — it’s become second nature. My cross-disciplinary approach has taught me that when the foundations are clear, creativity can truly flourish.
