Whether it\u2019s portfolio management, financial markets, pension plans or economic analysis, he has a talent for breaking down complex topics and turning them into clear, relevant messages for a wide range of audiences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer-x1\"><\/div>\n<p>A professor in the Department of Finance at Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, Mario teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and has coordinated the University\u2019s Student Investment Fund for more than 10 years. His career has also taken him into the private sector, including roles as Senior Vice-President at Aon Hewitt, consultant with AlphaFixe Capital and President of Finlab. This combination of academic and industry experience gives him both a rigorous and practical perspective on financial and economic issues.<\/p>\n<p>Mario holds a PhD in Finance and Economics from New York University, as well as a master\u2019s degree in Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke.
