I thrive on the energy and creativity that emerge from collaboration.<\/q><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer-x3\"><\/div>\n<p>With nearly 20 years of experience in management and communications across a variety of sectors, V\u00e9ronique has a deep understanding of both small and large organizations. She enjoys collaborating to solve complex challenges and to develop creative strategies that help her clients stand out. Her expertise is both recognized and sought after in strategic planning, large-scale campaign deployment, and organizational change management\u2014especially during mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>After building her career in the corporate (Bell, TELUS), non-profit (Quebec Medical Association), and agency sectors (Morin Public Relations, NATIONAL), V\u00e9ronique founded Exponentiel in 2015 with the ambition to build a people-first, authentic agency. Pregnant and already the mother of twins at the time, she firmly believes that ambition and professional projects can coexist beautifully with a fulfilling family life.<\/p>\n<p>Several years later, with a growing team of nearly twenty employees, an expanding client base, and countless projects underway, V\u00e9ronique continues to pursue smart growth\u2014one that uplifts the agency, its team, its clients, and the community.<\/p>\n<p><strongA graduate in Public Relations from Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (UQAM), V\u00e9ronique has also completed various leadership and management training programs. Since 2021, she has held the title of PRP (Public Relations Professional) granted by the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des professionnel(le)s en relations publiques (SQPRP). After serving several years on the board of the Association des galeries d\u2019art contemporain (AGAC), she now sits on the board of the theatre company Tout \u00e0 Trac, on the Development and Communications Committee of Leucan, and on the board of Tennis Montr\u00e9al.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"spacer-x3\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"banner bckg-light-blue\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"title\"><q>As a leader and entrepreneur, I strive to create an environment that fosters diversity and inclusion, where everyone can grow together and contribute to moving causes, projects, and organizations forward.<\/q><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer-x3\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"h3\">\n<h3>She loves life at Exponentiel because\u2026<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>Exponentiel is a wonderful adventure that constantly pushes me further and helps me grow as both a woman and a leader. I love working collaboratively and creating opportunities to do so. In consulting, we learn every single day\u2014and sharing that knowledge is key. Those moments of collaboration are invaluable to me and a true investment in Exponentiel\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<p>I want to challenge some of the myths surrounding the agency and consulting world. My goal is to offer a stable, caring work environment where all aspects of life can coexist\u2014where we can perform, recharge, collaborate, and grow together.<\/p>\n<div class=\"h3\">\n<h3>What\u2019s most important to her<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>Culture, entrepreneurship, and women\u2019s leadership are at the heart of my values. As both a mother and an entrepreneur, I understand the importance of support and solidarity through all of life\u2019s moments. I\u2019m deeply grateful for the people who empower me to thrive, and I want to help other women do the same\u2014to realize their full potential. I\u2019m actively involved with the Cercle des marraines et des parrains of M\u00e8res avec pouvoir, an organization that supports the personal and professional development of single mothers with low or modest income.<\/p>\n<p>Curious and passionate about the power of words, I also enjoy writing occasional opinion pieces and columns for various publications, including Premi\u00e8res en Affaires and Les Affaires.<\/p>\n<div class=\"h3\">\n<h3>Her Exponentiel attitude: Strategic innovation<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>I love to dream, create, and innovate\u2014but I believe that creativity must always be anchored in our clients\u2019 strategic objectives.
