For nearly 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of communications, strategy and management, both in agencies and in corporate environments. Her experience allows her to approach challenges from both a strategic and operational perspective, particularly in times of growth, transformation and restructuring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer-x1\"><\/div>\n<p>Ariane began her career at Girafe Communications, an agency she later acquired and led as President for five years. She also held roles at Edelman and EspaceProprio by Desjardins before working with small and medium-sized businesses to lead operations through periods of growth and restructuring. This combination of entrepreneurial and operational experience now shapes her approach to strategic counsel.<\/p>\n<p>TAriane holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Design and Management from UQAM. She also pursued graduate studies in Applied Communications at Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke and further developed her expertise in governance through the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Qu\u00e9bec (RJCCQ).
